Randeep Rai an actor of ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ seen in 120 commercials with, Ranveer Singh

Randeep Rai an Indian serial actor have gained quite huge fame and popularity from his ongoing serial
‘Ye Un Dino Ki Baat hain’ in which he play a role of Sameer Maheshwari.The serial was aired in
September 2017 after replacing the controversial serial ‘Pehredar Piya Ki’ from same production
house.The serial is based on real life love story of the director of the film.

It’s so cute and sounds romantic in itself that the director has crafted the serial base on his and his
wife’s own story. Randeep in an interview said, he don’t call his parents on his sets because it has been
5 years to him to come to Mumbai from Jhasi for struggling to get debut in serial and the same years
from being away from parents which hurts him lot when they in beginning used to frequently visit to
him and the time when they goes back was the most emotional moments for him, he said.

And adding to it he stated that he couldn’t stay away from his parents and the pain he feels while
leaving his parents is unbearable each time for him and hence instead of calling them now he himself
often have been to Jhasi trip. He started his career in the year 2014 with ‘Kabir Schindia’ serial and made
around 120 commercials with different bollywood stars and have also been appeared in the famous
show of Starplus called ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’.
