I wish for every woman in India to have a voice: Sonakshi Sinha

Sonakshi Sinha who has always portrayed strong women-centric roles in the film industry says she wishes every woman in India to have her own voice.

Sonakshi took to social media on Wednesday and shared a link to an advertisement by ‘Visa’ company promoting the campaign Re-imagine India.

The actress caption the ad video stating, “I am a part of the Hindi film industry, and being an actor gives me a voice and the means to make a difference. I wish for every woman in India to have a voice, no matter what walk of life she is in. How do you Re-imagine India,”

Sonakshi, who was last seen on-screen in “Ittefaq” costarring Sidharth Malhotra and Akshaye Khanna. The actress will next be seen in the second installment of the 2016 film “Happy Bhag Jayegi”
